How KPG Scene works – and what it costs

Short version: KPG Scene knows something nobody else does – which DJs and artists are on the island right now, and which nights they're free. Browsing, listing and sending requests are free. When you need a DJ for a specific night, or you want organisers to bring parties to your venue, you pay once for **Match** and the system does the finding. No subscriptions, no contracts, no commissions. Artists never pay.

DJs & artists – free, always

• Your profile, your dates, requests from organisers, your reviews – all free, no commission, nothing taken from what you earn.
• Parties looking for you – every week you see which parties on the island are looking for someone like you, and one tap says "I'm available".

Organisers

Free: list your party. Browse artists – genres, sets, ratings, who's on the island now. Send a request to one artist at a time; they answer you directly and you agree everything between you.

Match – 500 THB for one party, 1,500 THB for a weekly party (30 days). Tell us the night, the genres, the slot and the gear you have. Then:

• Shortlist – every artist who is actually free that night, ranked by fit, with the reason ("Techno · free Friday · plays on CDJs · 4.8 ★").
• Send to all – one tap messages the whole shortlist. One screen shows who's available.
• Radar – until your party, every artist who lands on the island or opens that date and fits you triggers an alert: "Just landed: 2 techno DJs free this Friday".
• Promote included – your party first in our daily "Tonight on Koh Phangan" message, story and channel, and at the top of the board.

Promote only – 400 THB. Just the promotion, for a party without Match. Up to three promoted parties a day.

Venues & productions

Free: your page, your upcoming parties, your resident artists.

Organizer Match – 1,500 THB for 30 days. Mark the nights you're open and what you offer (bar share, hire, free for the right party). Organisers planning a party see you under "Venues open for your party", their requests reach you, and one tap connects you. Without it, you're on the map but organisers' requests don't reach you.

Tonight, every day – free

Anyone can get tonight's parties every day at 5pm, by email, Telegram or WhatsApp. Free, unsubscribe any time.

How paying works

Card only, through a secure checkout by our payment provider (Paddle), who issues the invoice. Everything switches on the moment payment is confirmed and off by itself when it ends. A cancelled party is refunded automatically.
